Larry Satterfield

Larry Edward Satterfield, age 73 of Cleveland, passed away Monday, December 29, 2025.

Mr. Satterfield was born on September 10, 1952, in Gainesville, GA to the late Edward and Barbara Satterfield. Larry was a Veteran of the United States Navy and was a member and served faithfully at South Bend United Methodist Church. He retired from Wrigley’s after 36 years, where he was a supervisor in the maintenance department. Larry was a beloved father to his children and “Poppy” to his grandchildren and was their biggest fan. A man of much wisdom, who loved the outdoors especially spending time in the mountains, lake or on a golf course.

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Pat Satterfield; daughter and daughter-in-law, Lisa Satterfield and Lisa Johnson; daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany and Josh Blalock; grandchildren, Rachel Blalock, Sarah Blalock, Hannah Blalock, Andrew Blalock, Rebekah Blalock; brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Vivian Satterfield; sisters and brothers-in-law, Patsy and Jimmy Lee, Martha and Randy DeLong.

Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, January 2, 2026, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Mike Pinson and the Rev. Richard Long will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 12-2 PM Friday at the funeral home prior to the memorial service.
