Lillian Westmoreland

Lillian Westmoreland, age 92, of Cleveland, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

Mrs. Westmoreland was born on March 22, 1934, in Hiawassee, Georgia, to the late Boyce and Vernell Lunsford. She was the former owner of Connie’s Flowers and co-owner of Katie’s Flowers. In addition to her parents, Lillian was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Palmer and James D. Westmoreland; son and daughter-in-law, Donald Robert and Diann Westmoreland; sister, Margie Powers; sister and brother-in-law, Lucille and Harold Hooper; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Grant London, Phillip Turner, Julian and Callie Westmoreland, Janet and Bill Turner, Louise Martin, Robert Westmoreland, Julius Westmoreland, Jewel and Ginny Westmoreland, Joice Westmoreland.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and Dwayne Turner and Katie and Tim Turner; grandchildren, Jason Turner (June), Damon Westmoreland (Gina), Brandi Turner Barrett (Nathan), Krista Turner Rothell (Jason), Kayla Turner Welborn (Caleb), Josh Turner (Lacy), Kyle Turner (Danielle); 19 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Linda London and Joyce Garmon (Rondal); brother-in-law, Royce Martin; sister-in-law, Sharon Westmoreland Jansson.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Monday, July 27, 2026, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Rondald Garmon, the Rev. Henry Loggins, and the Rev. Chris Anderson will officiate. Interment will follow in Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 7:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home and again on Monday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the funeral.
