Linda Jean Coker Hall

Mrs. Linda Jean Coker Hall, age 70, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019. Mrs. Hall was born on August 31, 1948, in Cleveland, GA, to the late Harvey and Catherine Holcomb Coker. She was a nurse’s assistant and a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Jeannie was preceded in death by her sisters, Joyce Huff and Margie Wilson; and brothers, Clifford Coker and Russell Coker. Survivors include her husband of 47 years, James Hall, Sr.; sons and daughters-in-law, James Hall Jr. and (Lonna) and Tim McMurray and (Dana); daughters, Cynthia Flanagan and Teresa Alexander; grandchildren, Crystal Gossett and (Emmett), Kimberly Canupp and (Lon), Bridget Steen and (Shawn), Chris Owenby and (Kerri), Brandon McMurray and Aaron McMurray; sisters, Mildred Holcomb, Judy Williams, and Janie Gilstrap; brother, Julian Coker; and 15 wonderful and precious great-grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Zion Hill Baptist Church. The Rev. Nathan Nix and Rev. Terry Poole will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. & 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
