Linzy Helton

Linzy Helton, age 78 of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Mr. Helton was born on October 21, 1943 to O’Dell Helton and Betty Holcomb Helton. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and a former Associate Pastor of Community Chapel Church. Mr. Helton is survived by his wife, Joyce Westmoreland Helton; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Kimberly Helton; daughter, Trina Butler; mother, Betty Helton; grandchildren, Dusty Butler (Dawn), Linzy Danielle Lee (Scott), Amanda Conner (Cole), Kelly Arceo (Jose), Logan Helton; great grandchildren, Grayson Lee, Camila Arceo, Maia Cypher, and Behr Conner; sister, Doris Autry; brother, David Helton (Carolyn). He is preceded in death by his father O’Dell Helton and brother, Blane Helton. Funeral services are scheduled for 3PM Friday December 3, 2021 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1 -3 PM at Barrett Funeral Home prior to the funeral. Interment will follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Jack Enloe will officiate.
