Lois Seabolt

Lois Ruth Winkler Seabolt, age 85, of Cleveland, passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2023. Mrs. Seabolt was born on July 3, 1938, to the late Gordon and Rachel Gilleland Winkler. She worked as a nutritionist in the lunchroom at White County schools and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. In addition to her parent, Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Garland Seabolt; brothers, Ishmeal Winkler and Vernon Winkler; sisters, Sue Winkler and Irene Jarrard; brothers-in-law, Russell Vaughn, Calvin Grizzle, Weid Jarrard, Hartwell Seabolt, Price Thomas, and Jack Shuler; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Maria and Rodney Cordell and Margaret Ann and George Cain; sisters-in-law, Linda Seabolt and Sue Noel. Survivors include her sons, Terrell (Darlene) Seabolt, and Stacey Seabolt; grandchildren, Cory Seabolt and Brandon (Bene) Dockery; great-grandchildren, Abbie (Brandon) Brown, Gavin Seabolt, Quinn Dockery, Eden Dockery, and Jasher Dockery; great-great-grandchildren, Rylee Brown and Millie Brown; sisters, Bonnie Vaughn, Sandra McJunkin, Debra Grizzle, and Charlotte Grizzle; sisters-in-law, Lucille Winkler, Annette Seabolt, Faye Shuler, and Christine Thomas; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Gene and Pat Seabolt; brother-in-law, Frankie Seabolt; several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Wayne Turk and Mr. Kenneth Turner will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 1:30 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home, prior to the graveside service.
