Louise Josephine Bailey

Louise Josephine Bailey, age 80 of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Bailey was born February 6, 1935 in Jefferson County, Alabama to the late Kilbreth Henry Steely and Gladys McCord Steely. She was member of Mt. Yonah Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her brother William Neil Steely. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Homer “Sonny” Lawson Bailey; sons and daughters-in-law, David and June Bailey; Larry and Terry Bailey; Donald and Sheri Bailey; sisters and brothers-in-law, Beth and Bill Haynes; Pat and Jim Robinson; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday, November 29, 2015 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Andee Courson and the Rev. Doug Merck will officiate. Interment will follow at Yonah View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
