Lucy Elizabeth Harbuck

Lucy Elizabeth Harbuck, age 92, of Sautee Nacoochee, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Mrs. Harbuck was born on December 7, 1931, in Buford, Georgia, to the late Clifford and Gladys Taylor Dover. She worked in the food service industry and was a member of Helen First Baptist Church. Mrs. Harbuck loved her children, going to yard sales, and reading. In addition to her parents, Lucy was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Harbuck, Jr; and 3 sisters, Jessie Dean Bishop Davis, Lena Sims, and Lorene Dover. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia Elaine Hyman (Robert); daughter, Linda Elizabeth May; sisters, Mattie Lou Wilson and Gladys Wynell Hickey; 7 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great grandchildren. Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Pine Level United Methodist Church Cemetery, in Fitzgerald, Georgia.
