Lucy Caroline Wiley, infant daughter of Jacob and Candler Wiley, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. In addition to her parents she is survived by her sister, Magnolia Wiley; grandparents, Jim and Gay Doles, Cleveland; James Wiley, Lula; Patsy and Ricky Pardue, Cleveland.
