Lynda Black

Lynda Black, age 62, of Toccoa, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2019. Mrs. Black was born on February 10, 1957 to the late Rayford and Mary Cash Vaughn. She was a homemaker and her family meant everything to her. In addition to her parents, Lynda was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Black, Sr.; brothers, Byron Vaughn and Perry Vaughn; sister, Glinda Vaughn. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, William and Jennifer Black, Cleveland, and Rayford Black and April Wigley, Cleveland; life partner, Stephen Smith, Toccoa; brother, Mark Vaughn, Cleveland; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at College Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday morning at the funeral home, prior to leaving for the service.
