Mamie Lou Toney

Mrs. Mamie Lou Toney, age 85, of Snellville, formerly of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mrs. Toney was born in Hall County and was the daughter of the late Dee and Lona Foster Rogers. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband Donald Toney. Survivors include: daughters: Rachel Glasgow, Snellville and Faye Farmer, Clermont; son: Donald Toney, Jr., Commerce; brothers: Broughton Rogers and Foster Rogers, both of Cleveland; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at Barrett Chapel with the Rev. Bill Buckalew officiating. Burial will follow in Gateway Memory Park. The family will receive friends form 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm prior to the service.
