Margaret Lucy Mccusker

Margaret Lucy McCusker, age 87 of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Gateway Health Center. Mrs. McCusker was born June 7, 1923 in Rumford, Maine to the late Merle and Albertine Bouchard Sweatt. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Mrs. McCusker was preceded by her children Patricia McCusker, Michael McCusker, Paul McCusker, brothers, Leo Sweatt, Walter Sweatt, Keith Sweatt, Warren Sweatt, sister, Evelyn Mikell. Survivors include her husband, Vincent McCusker, Cleveland; sons and daughters-in-law, Doug and Ella McCusker, Cleveland; Edward and Virginia McCusker, Cleveland; Andrew and Nancy McCusker, Savannah; daughter and son-in-law, Gerri and Bryan Edwards, Savannah; daughter, Terri McCusker, Guyton; son, Kevin McCusker, Tybee Island; brother, Paul Sweatt, Rincon; and sister, Pauline Sweatt, Lake City, FL; 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren. A memorial Mass is scheduled for 11:00 AM Thursday, September 30, 2010 from St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Father Frank Higgins will officiate.
