Mary Alice Vaughn

Mary Alice Vaughn, age 75 of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness. Mrs. Vaughn was born September 15, 1937 in Coweta County to the late Charlie and Cornelia Harris Cash. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband Rayford Vaughn, Sons Tony Vaughn and Perry Vaughn, daughter Bonnia Vaughn, sisters, Ethel Cash, Delilah Martin and Othello Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Charlene and Steve Black, Cleveland; son, Mark Vaughn; Cleveland; sisters, Vivian Holbert, Cleveland; Sylvia Skyes, Fayetteville; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Barry Sykes will officiate. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
