Mary Catherine Barnes

Mrs. Mary Catherine Barnes age 65 of Cleveland passed away Wednesday March 3, 2010 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mrs. Barnes was born in Atlanta Georgia the daughter of the late George Martin and Mary Castle Martin. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by son, Jimmy Brandenburg, brother, Jerry Singleton and sister, Betty Davis. Survivors include her husband, Troy Barnes, Cleveland; daughters, Laura Wilson, Murphy Green, both of Cleveland; son, Taylor Green, Cleveland; grandson, Jason Skelton, Baldwin; granddaughter, Mendy Stephens, Cleveland; sisters, Sharon Humphries, Bremen, Delores Parker, Sharpsburg, Susie Waters, Peggy Bennett, both of Senioa, Judy Linen, Jackson; brothers, Robert Singleton, Sharpsburg, Wendell Singleton, William Singleton, both of Griffin; 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday March 5, 2010 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Debbie Singleton will officiate. Burial will follow in Yonah View Memorial Gardens.
