Michael Andrew Payne, Sr., age 63, of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2020. Mr. Payne was born on February 28, 1957, in Hiawassee, Georgia, to the late Charles E. Payne, Sr. and Sarah Ruth Dyer Payne. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Michael Andrew Payne, Jr. and Taylor Shay Payne; grandchildren, Anya-Leigh Blaire Payne, Callie-Jane Lorraine Payne, and Philippe-Andrew Victor Payne; siblings and spouses, Gary and Rena Payne, Jeanette Tow, Charles “Chuck” Payne, Jr., Paul and Vicki Payne, and Sandra and Kip Lee; 15 nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews; his beloved sidekick Bud the dog; life long friends, Jeff and Angie.
