Mildred Louise Tysor

Mildred Louise Tysor, age 83, of Helen, passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. Mrs. Tysor was born on June 12, 1940, in Forsyth County, to the late Paul and Willie Bell Cagle McNeal. She worked for Lanier Park Hospital and was a member of Duke’s Creek Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Tysor; and daughter, Melissa Dean. Survivors include her daughters, Karen Pass (Charles), Rhonda English (Michael Harkins), and April Teems (Keith); brothers, James McNeal (Merle), Ray McNeal (Clara Mae), and Doug McNeal (Joyce); sisters, Mary Ann Gibbs and Evelyn McGhee; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Friday, July 28, 2023, at Gateway Memory Park. The Rev. Junior Abernathy and the Rev. Steve Mulky will officiate. The family requests that flowers be omitted, and donation be made to Duke’s Creek Baptist Church.
