Minnie Lou Allen Sexton

Minnie Lou Sexton, age 90, of Pineview, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021. Mrs. Sexton was born on November 17, 1930, in White County, to the late Alonzo and Addie Simmons Allen. In addition to her parents, Minnie was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. George Sexton; daughter, Karen Sexton; siblings, Frances Garrison, Susie Holman, Irene Lovell, Sherman Allen, John Ed Allen, William Paul Allen. Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law, Rev. Clifford and Martha Allen, Gainesville, sister, Jenny Merritt, Sautee. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at Old Nacoochee Baptist Church. The Rev. Chad Rogers and the Rev. Clifford Allen will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M.
