Mrs. Vera Miller Hamilton

Barrett Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs. Vera Miller Hamilton, age 84 of Union City and formerly of Cleveland. Mrs. Hamilton passed away on Wednesday, April 09, 2008 at the Christian City Convalescent Center following an extended illness. Born in White County, Georgia on November 20, 1923, she was a daughter of the late James Clifford and Ollie Blackwell Miller. Mrs. Hamilton was a homemaker and a member of the College Park United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Woodrow “Woody” Hamilton. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Richard Bullock of Sharpsburg, GA; son and daughter-in-law Jim and Kristen Hamilton of Atlanta GA and son and daughter-in-law Doug and Barbara Hamilton of Oxford, Ohio; grandchildren, Michele Paschal of Aiken, SC, Beth Keith of Rome, GA, Jimmy Hamilton of Atlanta, GA, Matt Hamilton of Washington D.C., Katherine Hamilton and Ethan Hamilton of Oxford, Ohio; great grandchildren, Lindsey Paschal, Allison Paschal and Garrett Paschal of Aiken SC.
