Myrtice Holland

Mrs. Myrtice Louise Holland, age 82, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022. Mrs. Holland was born in Atlanta to the late Marion Lafayette and Mary Louise Morris Williams. In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Jimmy Holland, Sr.; and sisters, Rosetta Gunsalus and Naomi Braswell. Mrs. Holland was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Survivors include daughter, Ronotta Stiles; sons, Jimmy Holland, Jr., David Holland, and John Holland; grandchildren, Angie Shook, Jason Reed, Kali Holland, Blaine Adams, Autumn Truesdale, and Jacob Holland; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Marvin Williams and Marion Williams; and special cousin, Nancy Jo Edmonds. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 8, 2022 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Ross Sparks will officiate. Graveside services will follow in Valleytown Cemetery in Andrews, NC at 3:00 P.M. The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 6:00 P.M. Friday, January 7, 2022 at the funeral home.
