Nancy Darlene Swartz, age 68 of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2012 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Ms. Swartz was born May 9, 1944 in Cuba, Missouri to the late Noel and Martha Hopwood Chapman. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, David Swartz. Survivors include her daughter, Tina Gould, Cleveland; grandchildren, Tiffany and Steven Urban; Ashley and Travis Lance; Haley Gould and Jordan Henderson; Anthony Gould, Will Terous Verdell, Kimberly Gould, Amanda Gordon, Dominic Urban, Trinity Urban, Vincent Lance, Kaley Monday, Taylor Monday; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dale and Mary Collins; Richard and Nancy Chapman; Joe and Anita Chapman; sister and brother-in-law, Violet and Carl Bergner; sister, Nadine Gregory; brothers, Noel Chapman and Howard Collins. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 22, 2012 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Yonah View Memorial Gardens.
