Patsy Ferguson Diehl

Patsy Diehl, age 65 of Clarkesville, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2019.   Mrs. Diehl was born on July 15, 1953, in Demorest, Georgia, to the late Bobby Ray “Bud” Ferguson and Margie Rhea Pearl Sosebee Ferguson.  She worked as a medical transcriptionist and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Darrell Ferguson.   Survivors include her husband, Ricky Diehl, Clarkesville; daughter and son-in-law, Christina and James Parton, Clarkesville; grandchildren, Emily Parton and Faith Parton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mertice and Joe Kimsey, and Denise and Dwayne Kastner; numerous extended family also survive.   Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home.  The Rev. Michael Wilkes will officiate.  Interment will follow at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.   The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 P.M.
