Peggy Elise Owenby, age, 54 of Cleveland, Ga, passed away Saturday October 17th, 2020. Mrs. Owenby was born November 16th, 1965 to the late Charles E. Garrett and Barbara Cleveland. She was a Medical Assistant at Medlink in Cleveland. Mrs. Owenby is preceded in death by her husband, Mitchell Owenby, brother, Michael Garrett, and son, Charles Daniel Turner. Mrs. Owenby is survived by sons, Joshua (Porchia) Turner, Christopher (Amanda) Garrett, Jacob Turner; daughters, Tiffany (Chris) Proveaux, Taylor (Justin) Brown; grandchildren, Riley Turner, Alex Turner, Zane Garrett, Logan Garrett, Olivia Brown, Levi Brown, Collin Turner; sister, Vicky (Scott) Morrison and uncle Wade Ridley. The family will receive friends Sunday October 18th, 2020 from 4 – 6PM at Barrett Funeral Home.
