Peter Albert Conroy

Mr. Peter Conroy, age 88 passed away Monday, October 20, 2008. Mr. Convoy was born in Boston, MA to the late Peter and Katherine Conroy and was also preceded in death by his son, Joseph and daughter, Christine, brother, Joseph Conroy and 3 sisters, Eveleena Mullaney, Rita Lingley and Josephine Gillis. He was a World War II Army Veteran and Purple Heart recipient. He graduated from Staley College, Boston, MA and was a world traveler to more than 40 countries. He retired as the Food Service Manager at Providence College, Providence, RI and was the former Director of The Faculty Dining Center at R.I. College. Survivors include his wife: Marion Conroy, Cleveland; son: Mark Conroy, Hermosa Beach, CA and two grandsons. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Paul the Apostle Church, Cleveland, on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at 12:15pm. Burial will be in St. Paul the Apostle Church Columbarium. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Paul The Apostle Church Building Fund, 1243 Hulsey Road, ‘Cleveland, GA 30528 or to Regency Hospice, 958 McEver Road, Ste.
