Phillip Eugene Chastain

Phillip Eugene Chastain age 84, of Cleveland passed away Wednesday December 9, 2015 Mr. Chastain was born in Robertstown Georgia the son of the late Andrew Marlin and Mae Gibson Chastain. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Marlene Yergan and brother J.S. Chastain. Mr. Chastain was a retired Carpenter and was of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include his wife, Mary Jeanette Chastain, Cleveland; son, Darryl Chastain, Cleveland; grandchildren, Dustin and Miranda Chastain, Heather Chastain, Kevin and Shonna Arrington, Jason Yergan, great grandchildren, Mallory Chastain, Kaylen Smallwood, Austin Arrington, Jada Arrington; brother and sister in law, Vaughn and Francis Chastain, Helen; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday December 12, 2015 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Brandon Hester will officiate. Interment will be at Gateway Memory Park.
