Phillis Barrett Rader

Mrs. Phillis Barrett Rader, age 76, of Cleveland, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 14, 2024, surrounded by loved ones. Mrs. Rader was born in White County. She was a florist and owned Barrett’s Florist. She was known for her unyielding kindness and generosity and for her commitment to her family. Survivors include husband, Philip Rader, Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Curt Couch; daughters, Denice Luke and Joey Barrett; grandchildren, Tracey Couch, Zachary Couch, William Couch; and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, January 17, 2024 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Rev. Dave Channell will officiate.
