Phyllis Rupert Billingsley

Mrs. Phyllis Rupert Billingsley, age 67 of Cleveland passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2007 at her residence following an extended illness. Born in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania 1940, she was the daughter of the late Willard Norris and Stella Jean Cegelski Rupert. Mrs. Billingsley was a retired secretary and had lived in Cleveland for the past 15 years. She was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Rupert. Survivors include her daughter and fiancé, Marla Billingsley and Jay Wolf, Cleveland; sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Don Stearns, Oregon; sister-in-law, Veronica Rupert, Fayetteville, GA; nephews, Steven Motter, Oregon; Randy White, Don DeVinney, both of Orange County, CA; Scott Rupert, Ohio; niece, Jill Rupert, Alpharetta, GA; aunt, Irene Kinzie, Sun City West, Arizona; and numerous cousins and other relatives. A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2007 in the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Paul Flynn will officiate. Mrs. Billingsley’s wishes were to be cremated.
