R.B Ramey

Mr. R.B. Ramey age 84 of Helen passed away Saturday December 5, 2009 at the Gateway Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Ramey was born October 25, 1925 in Habersham County to the late Virge and Mary Loyd Ramey. Mr. Ramey was a saw miller and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his brothers Dewey, Jack and Harold Ramey. Survivors include his brother, Herbert Ramey, Helen; sisters, Betty Freeman, Cleveland, Mary Ruth Winkler, Cleveland, Ruby Ravan, Dahlonega and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are schedule for 3 P.M. Monday December 7, 2009 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Dean Bryant will officiate. Interment will follow in Yonah View Memorial Gardens.
