Rebecca Parker

Rebecca Sue Parker, age 82, of Cleveland, Ga, passed away on October 29, 2026. She was born on December 29, 1943, in Westfield, Ohio, to Paul and Ruth Schorr.

Rebecca grew up in Elgin, TX where she graduated from Elgin High School, class of

1963. Later moving to Ohio to start a loving home and family with her husband Donald in the town of Willoughby.

A woman of extraordinary creativity and determination, she transformed every space she entered-whether through her art, her ideas, or her unwavering belief that beauty could be built from anything. Rebecca will be remembered for her warmth, quiet strength, and devotion to her family.

She is survived by her children; son, Merl; daughters, Tricia (Tom) Galvin and Donna (Paul) Malone; grandchildren, Drew and Joey Galvin; Greyson, Colin, and Maya Malone; and sisters, Marilyn (Bill) Ferguson and Joyce (Arthur Henze.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald; parents Paul and Ruth (Fissell) Schorr; brothers, Lowell, Robert and Ronnie Schorr.
