Regine E Hay

Regine Hay, age 68 of Cleveland, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2015. Ms. Hay was born on February 28, 1947 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Albert E. Hay Jr. and Regine Senker Hay. She was a graduate of Georgia State University with a Doctorate from North Carolina State University. She loved teaching and was a Science Instructor at North Georgia Technical College, Clarkesville Campus. Survivors are her brother Albert E. Hay III; companion Audrey Moylan; many friends and adopted family. Friends and family will be notified of the time and location of a celebration of her life.
