Richard Stanton (Stan) Harper

Mr. Richard Stanton (Stan) Harper Jr. age 65 of Clarkesville passed away Saturday February 22, 2014. Mr. Harper was born in Fulton County, the son of the late Richard Stanton Harper Sr. and Eva Mae West Harper. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in the Vietnam War and a member of God’s Church in the Hills. Survivors include his daughter, Kristie Harper, Clarkesville; daughter and son in law, Kellie and Anthony Stollenmaier, Charlottesville, VA. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday February 25, 2014 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. John Lance and the Rev. Ronald Mote will officiate.
