Richard Damon Pursley

Mr. Richard Damon Pursley age 46 of Gainesville passed away Saturday February 19, 2011 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Mr. Pursley was born in Hall County and was preceded in death by his father, Donald Pursley and mother Shelby Saine Pursley Major. He was the owner of RP Mobile Marine and a member of Brown’s Chapel Church. Survivors include his son and daughter in law, Levi and Emily Pursley, Cleveland; daughters, Brittany Pursley, Emma Pursley, Rachell Pursley, all of Gainesville; son, Jordan Pursley, Gainesville; sisters, Tammy Dyer, Cleveland, Jenny Pursley, Gainesville; significant other, Jennifer Marshall, Murrayville; step father, Bill Major, Oakwood. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday February 22, 2011 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Junior Evans and the Rev. Kyle Savage will officiate.
