Ricky Joel Mcduffie

Ricky Joel McDuffie, age 43 of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2012. Mr. McDuffie was born June 04, 1968 in Jackson County. He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Joel McDuffie. Mr. McDuffie was a mechanic. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn McDuffie; sons, Jimmy Joel McDuffie, Danny Joel McDuffie, Timmy Joel McDuffie, all of Cleveland; mother and step-father, Marie Wiley Loggins and George Loggins; Demorest; sisters, Regina Warren, Liberty, SC; Anita Hicks, Demorest; Rita Smith, Dawsonville; Tina Howard, Sardis; nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, April 5, 2012 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Chris Anderson and the Rev. Clifford Allen will officiate. Interment will follow in Clemmons Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Tuesday and Wednesday at the funeral home.
