Robert Lewis Moor

Mr. Robert Lewis Moor, age 78 of Cleveland passed away Monday, December 15, 2008 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness. Mr. Moor was born on May 21, 1930 in Fulton County to the late William Lewis and Marie Henderson Moor. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Moor. He was a printer for Gibson Litho Company and was a member of Helen First Baptist Church. Mr. Moor was a veteran serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. Survivors include his wife: Dorothy Moor, Cleveland; daughter: Linda Norton, Perry; sister: Norma Holeman, Cleveland; granddaughters: Laura Shivers, Buford, Lisa Norton, CO, Lindsey Norton, Perry and great grandsons: Julian Shivers and Ethan Shivers, both of Buford. Funeral services will be held from the Barrett Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 18, 2008 with the Rev. Jim Holmes officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM in Gwinnett Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7-9 pm at the funeral home on Wednesday.
