Mr. Robert M. Stamps II age 77 of Cleveland passed away Friday August 6, 2010 at his residence following a brief illness. Mr. Stamps was a retired Lieutenant Commander with the United States Navy. His parents Robert M. and Emily Lenore Turner Stamps preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Stamps, Cleveland; daughter, Jacqueline M. Stamps, Tampa, FL; son, Robert Lawrence Stamps, Atlanta; sister, Betty Bryant, Brookfield, OH; niece, Beth Davis, Waynesville, OH; nephew, James Bryant, Cleveland, TN. Graveside services with full Military Honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday December 3, 2010 at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The USO, P.O.
