Rose Margaret Scott

Mrs. Rose Margaret Scott, age 68, of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2020 at her residence. Mrs. Scott was born in Forest Park, GA to the late Oswald and Ethel Stephens Vaughan. In addition to parents, she is preceded in death by sisters, Shirley Gilbert and Beverly Hodges, and brothers, Jack Vaughan and Oswald Vaughan Jr. Mrs. Scott was a devout Christian and played the organ in several churches for 40+ years. She loved gardening and most recently loved spending time writing monthly newsletters of encouragement to many people as a reminder for them to count their blessings and build up their faith as she shared her love for Jesus. Survivors include husband, Glen Scott, Cleveland; daughter, Amy Cagle, Cleveland; daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa and Ryan Vandiver, Clermont, and Tammy and Greg Byrd, Baldwin; 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Sue Reagan, Gainesville; and brothers, Eddie Vaughan Sr., Fayetteville, Jerry Vaughan, Woodbury, and Billy Vaughan, Griffin.
