Rosell Ivey

Rosell Ivey, age 76 of Cleveland, passed away Friday, October 11, 2019. Ms. Ivey was born on March 11, 1943, in Habersham County, to the late Edward and Decie Arrowood Murphy. She is remembered as being the best mother in the world, as well as a loving grandmother and great-grandmother. In addition to her parents, Rosell was preceded in death by her brother, Homer Murphy. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Tina Lawrence and Kenny Cain, Cleveland; grandchildren, Eddie Ford, Cleveland, Brittney Lack (Michael), Cleveland; great-granddaughter, Christy Ford, Cleveland; sisters, Ruby Nation, Cleveland, Thelma Smith, Hollywood, and Margie Southern, Cleveland. Funeral services are schedule for 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Dr. Lacey Bowcock will officiate. Interment will follow at Yonah View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
