Roy Eugene Belville

Mr. Roy Belville, age 71, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020. Mr. Belville was born to the late Leroy and Charlotte Easley Bumgardner Belville. In addition to parents, he was preceded in death by step-father, John Bumgardner. He was employed by the Georgia Department of Transportation and a member of St. John’s Baptist Church in Cleveland. Survivors include wife, Vickie Belville, Cleveland; daughters, Stacey Belville, Angela Belville, and Christy Belville; sons, Billy Belville and Ricky Belville; daughter-in-law, Annette Kelso; sisters, Betty Mae Bumgardner and Mary Ann Bumgardner; brother, John Bumgardner; and 27 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Memorial services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Friday, January 15, 2021 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Pastor Scott Smith will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1-2 P.M.
