Roy Bottoms

Roy Arthur Bottoms Sr. age 81, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2025. Roy was born on November 29, 1943, to the late Roy H and Emma Bottoms. He was loving, kind, and a great provider and role model to his family, friends and anyone that knew him. He was a member of Dahlonega Baptist Church. He was a good Christian, husband, father, and grandfather to his family. He was a dedicated husband who lost his soulmate, Linda on May 8, 2024. He is survived by sons, Art (Marcy) Bottoms and Jeff (Crystal) Bottoms; grandsons, James, Brian, Sammy, Wyatt and Carson Bottoms; and granddaughters, Heidi (Jesse) Neal and Holli (Jorge) Burnett. He is also survived by sister Faye Clyburn; first cousin Janet Holland; great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 PM Sunday, July 13, 2025, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home in Cleveland, GA with Interment following in Yonah View Memorial Gardens.
