Salvatore (Sal) Ciriello, Sr., age 88, of Dahlonega, GA peacefully passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. He was born in Glen Falls NY to immigrant parents from Italy but grew up in Yonkers before moving to North Salem, NY where he lived until 2011 when he moved to Carefree, Arizona. He recently relocated to Dahlonega,GA. He graduated from Saunders Trades and Technical High School. Sal was an electrician and along with his brothers owned A. C. Electric Company an electrical contracting company in Yonkers, NY. He was a lifelong member of the IBEW Local 3. He served in the New York Army National Guard for several years. He was a member of the Church at the Chip (The Cowboy Church) in Cave Creek, Arizona. Sal is preceded in death by his parents Pasquale Ciriello and Angelina (DeSantis) and brother Patsy Ciriello. Survivors include his sons Salvatore Jr. (Margaret) Ciriello of Liberty Township, OH, Christopher Ciriello of Cleveland, GA and David (Kimberly) Ciriello of Cleveland GA. His grandsons Marc (Aubrey) Ciriello of South Lebanon OH, Ian Ciriello and Nicholas Ciriello of Hamilton, OH and Thomas Ciriello and Zachary Ciriello of Cleveland, GA. His brothers Thomas (Patricia) Ciriello and Paul (Carolyn) Ciriello of Scottsdale, AZ, Richard Ciriello of Middletown, NY and sister, Angela Ciriello of Yonkers, NY and numerous nephews and nieces and cousins. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:30 PM on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at Christian Apostolic Church 44 Hall Avenue Eastchester, NY 10709, and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:30 PM on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at the Mission Chapel 6140 E Skyline Drive Cave Creek, AZ 85331.
