Sara Zodun

Sara Ann Zodun, age 59, of Cleveland, passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023. Mrs. Zodun was born on November 27, 1963, in Buford, Georgia, to Charles and Sarah Mullinax Burdett. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Sara was preceded in death by her father, Charles Burdett; sister and brother-in-law, Dale and Tommy Echols; brother and sister-in-law, Buddy and Connie Burdett; sister, Billie Jean Thomas. Survivors include her husband, Johnny Zodun, Cleveland; daughters and sons-in-law, Brandy and Buddy Ravan, and Brittney and BJ Cooper; son, Brian Irelan; mother, Sarah Burdett; grandchildren, Brianna (Matthew) Henson, Kenzie Cooper, Jacob Ravan, Trenton Ravan, and Evan Cooper; great-grandson, Jameson Henson; brothers, Howard Burdett (Wanda) and Marshall Burdett (Andy); a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and many special friends also survive. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home, prior to the funeral service. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, March 26, 2023, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Josh Chatham will officiate.
