Sharon Archer

Sharon Elese Archer, age 62 of Cleveland, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Archer was born on April 6, 1953, in Cleveland, GA to Betty Esford and the late Herbert Hulsey. She was a member of Skitts Mountain Baptist Church. Mrs. Archer was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Archer. Survivors include her son and daughter in law, Julian and Jeanette Cantrell, Lula, and C.J. Archer, Cleveland; daughter, Angel Archer Smith, Gainesville; mother, Betty Esford, Cleveland; brothers and sisters, Wayne Hulsey, Patricia Head, Dianne Austin, Tony Hulsey, Karen Walker, and Daryl Hulsey; grandchildren, Amber Cantrell, Justin Cantrell, Brandon Cantrell, Austin Akin, Eric Akin, Kyle Smith, John Lewis Smith, and Trenton Smith. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Sunday, October 11, 2015 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Kyle Savage, the Rev. Danny Kastner, and the Rev. Mike Irvin will officiate. Interment will follow at Skitts Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
