Sheila Humphries Blalock

Sheila Jean Humphries Blalock (November 17, 1947-June 27, 2022) Cleveland, GA Sheila Jean Humphries Blalock, born November 17, 1947, in Lynch, Harlan County, Kentucky to Henry A and Mollie Carpenter Humphries. In 1956, Sheila moved with her parents to White County, Georgia and grew up in the New Bridge community. In addition to her parents, Sheila was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Dr. Raymond and Wanda Compton Humphrey; sister and brother-in-law, Hubert and Betty Humphries Boggs; nephew, Patrick Humphrey; father of her three sons, Jimmy Ray Blalock. Survivors are three sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Crystal Garrett Blalock, Cleveland, Steve and Tammy Vaughn Blalock, Cornelia; Jay and Kelli Patterson Blalock, Gainesville; grandchildren, Alex, Courtney, Kelan, Allison, Jade, Alyiah and Demetri; sister, Geraldine Humphries Rodda, Demorest; nephew, Hubert Boggs, Jr. (Donna), Berea, KY; nieces, Pat Boggs Funk, Mary Boggs Bishop (Rick), Kathy Boggs Couch (Carl), all of Cleveland, and Cynthia Humphrey, Benham, KY; and special friend, James Davis.
