Starla Marie Towe, age 25, of Cleveland passed away Monday October 10, 2016. Starla was born in Habersham County the daughter of Keith Pardue and the late Samantha Morgan Pardue. She was preceded in death by her husband,Ricky Towe, grandfather, Jimmy Morgan Sr. and aunt, Carry Morgan. Survivors include her children, Summer Towe, Michael Towe; father, Keith Pardue; brother, Ryan Spaulding; sister, Skyla Spaulding; grandmother, Rosie Davidson; uncles, Joey Morgan, Jimmy Morgan; cousins, Amber Halle, Rebecca Melby, Christine Halle, Jacob Morgan, Bobby Morgan, Andy Morgan.
