Stella Halbruner

Stella Halbruner, age 64, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Mrs. Halbruner was born on May 10, 1957, in Sea Isle City, New Jersey, to Stella Dempsey and the late Francis Jerome Gilman. She was a cafeteria manager and worked for Gwinnett County School System. Stella was preceded in death by her father, Francis Jerome Gilman; grandmother, Annie Bell Gilman; grandfather, George Gilman; aunts, Ida White and Jesse Marie Timmons; uncle, George Gilman; and cousins, Betty Van Thuyne and William Timmons. Survivors include her husband, David Halbruner, Lawrenceville; daughters and sons-in-law, Kimberly Halbruner and Kevin Bailey, Amanda and Jeff Davis, Stacey and Andrew Dunn; mother, Stella Dempsey; brother, Jerry Gilman; step-mother, Margaret Gilman; grandchildren, Colleen Dunn, Connor Dunn, Matthew Davis, Maddie Davis, and JayceHolden Bailey. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 30, 2022, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Yonah View Memorial Gardens.
