Sue Allison

Sue Allison, age 75 of Cleveland, passed away Monday, February 13, 2012 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mrs. Allison was born May 11, 1936 in Hall County to the late William Buck and Nelle Jarrard Jackson. She was a homemaker, a member of Welcome Worship Center and attended Community Chapel. She was a loving mother of 13 children. Mrs. Allison was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Charles F. Allison and sister Martha June Jackson. Survivors include her daughters, Nancy Dorsey, Cleveland; Amy Allison, Cleveland; Wynell Windham, Cleveland; daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Melvin Turner, Dahlonega; Carolann and Dean Justus, Gainesville; Rebekah and Charles W. Allison, Cleveland; Brenda and Darrell Harkins, Cleveland; Rhonda and Jere Kimbrell, Sautee; Stephanie and Trey Baker, Cleveland; Amanda and Marty Garrett; Cleveland; son, Joel Allison, Cleveland; sons and daughters-in-law, Chuck and Jane Ann Allison, Cleveland; Jeff and Darla Allison, Cleveland; brother and sister-in-law, Dean and Judy Jackson; Dahlonega; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Aubrey Westmoreland; Sautee; sister Carolyn Moose, Dahlonega; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Audrey and Jack Davis, Cleveland; Marvin and Elena Allison, Cleveland; sister in law, Agnes Jarrard, Dahlonega; 35 grandchildren,16 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, February 16, 2012 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Jack Enloe, the Rev. Milton Martin Jr. and the Rev. Jimmy Peck will officiate. Interment will follow in Welcome Worship Center Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-9 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
