Taylor Gail Thurmond

Taylor Gail Thurmond, age 26, passed away November 18th, 2020 Taylor was a sweet and loving soul; she had a loving personality and never met a stranger. She was currently pursuing her dream of becoming a cosmetologist. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Marcelle Peach Neal: maternal grandfather, Thomas Carroll Peach; aunt, Mona Peach Vicknair; Paternal Grandfather, Joel Bradley Thurmond Sr. She is Survived by her father and step-mother; Brad and Kim Thurmond of Lula; mother and step-father; Carol and Randall Brady of Baldwin, significant other, Kurt Sclafani; brothers; Athyn Thurmond and Jake Jones; sister, Tonya Brady as well as paternal grandparents; Jack and Gail Holden; step paternal grandmother, Gertrude Grier. Several aunts, uncles, cousins a nephew and extended family also survive. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00PM Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Nathan Nix and Rev. Lee Cantrell will officiate. Interment will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11AM – 3PM on Tuesday prior to the services.
