Theresa Faith Waldron

Theresa Faith Waldron, age 65, passed away September 1st, 2020. She was born October 17th, 1954 in Indianapolis, Indiana and has lived in multiple places including, Atlanta, Ga, Augusta, Ga, Gainesville, Fl and Middletown, NY. Ms. Waldron was a freelance journalist and was a medical writer for 25 years until she retired in 2005. She has won awards for her writings from the National Press Club and was a member of the Episcopal Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward Waldron and Faith Waldron Turner. She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Simmons of Marietta, Ga; son, Kenneth Simmons of Marietta, Ga; her sisters, Mary Beasley (Butch) of Plumbranch, SC, and Annie Pitts (Donnie) of Acworth, Ga. A graveside service will be held 2 P.M. Saturday September 5th, 2020 at Mossy Creek United Methodist Church.
