Thermon Tell Ivey

Thermon Tell Ivey, age 86 of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018.   Mr. Ivey was born on October 10, 1931, in Hall County, to the late Aaron and Ardell Thomas Ivey. He was a member of Wahoo Baptist Church and attended Zion Interdenominational Church. Thermon was preceded in death by son, Ronnie Ivey; daughter, Renee Tench; brother, William Leroy Ivey.   Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Patsy Ivey, Homer, GA, Dennis and Susan Ivey, Cleveland; son, Kevin Ivey, Oakwood, GA; brothers, Hayward Ivey and Harold “Buster” Ivey, both of Homer, GA; sisters, Ethyell Anderson, Murrayville, GA, Evelyn Norrell, Gainesville, GA, and Lois Bowman, Gainesville, GA; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.   Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Gary Heffner and the Rev. Ken Anderson will officiate. Interment will follow at Gateway Memory Park.   The family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M.
