Thomas George Quinn

Mr. Thomas George Quinn, age 71, of Cleveland, passed away, Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Quinn was born on July 25, 1935 to the late Thomas C. and Pauline Anderson Quinn and was also preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Dixon. He served in the U.S. Army from 1958 to 1960. He was a member of The American Legion, The Knights of Columbus, The Kiwanis Club and the 1st President of the White County Booster Club. He was a member of St. Paul The Apostle Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife of 41 years: Carol Quinn, Cleveland; sons and daughter-in-laws: Billy and Tanya Quinn, Cleveland; Lt. Col. Thomas & Betty Quinn, Jr., Columbia, SC; James and Nancy Quinn, Cleveland; sister and brother-in-law: Judy and Art Bennett, Chattanooga, TN; 8 grandchildren and 1 niece and 1 nephew. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 27, at St. Paul The Apostle Catholic Church with Father Thad Rudd officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6-8pm.
