Tony Lee Tipton

Tony Lee Tipton, age 86, of Clarkesville, passed away on March 11th, 2025. Mr. Tipton was born on May 19th, 1938, in Sautee Nacoochee to the late John and Hortense Tipton. He is also preceded in death by his wife Georgia Lou Nix Tipton. Survivors include his two sons, Todd (Terri) and Scott (Patty) Tipton; sister, Mickey Wilson; Grandchildren, Ashley Frye, Kimberly Tipton, Maggie Booth, Mary Addington, Grant Tipton, Molly Tipton, and Brittany Adcock; Great grandchildren, Vanessa, Lilly, Huxley, Will, Ryland, Sawyer, Georgia, Scarlett, Solomon, Ellie Mae, Zadia, James, Carson and Riley; Great-great grandchildren, Reeves, Miles, Maverick. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, March 14th, 2025, at 11:00 A.M at Union Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M Thursday at the Funeral Home.
