Tonya Heffner

Tonya Jordan-Heffner, of Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia, was born in Atlanta, on April 6, 1975, and passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 20, 2020, she was 45 years old. Tonya is survived by her children, Gage and Levi Heffner, of Cleveland; her parents, Tony and Emma Jordan, of Sautee Nachochee; her sister and brother-in-law, Steve and Nicole Bruck of Lawrenceville; her brother and sister-in-law, Clay and Rebecca Jordan, of Sautee Nachochee; nephew and niece, Conner and Jordan Bruck; nephew and niece, Max and Mattie Jordan; niece Essence Jordan Strickland, of Cleveland; a loving extended family of Jason Heffner, and Gary and Brenda Heffner of Cleveland; and special friend, Paul Mitchell. Tonya is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, R.J. and Bobbie Black-Jordan, of Lawrenceville, and Joe and Calvary Finn, of Childersburg, AL. Tonya resided in the Sautee Nacoochee area since 1998, after spending the majority of her life in Gwinnett County. Most of the locals would know her as the friendly face they saw at the White County Transfer Station, where she had been employed for over 13 years, both by Advanced Disposal and Waste Management. A memorial service will be open to all on Saturday, November 28th, starting at 11 a.m. These services will be held at Barrett Funeral Home in Cleveland, Georgia, 118 N Brooks St, Cleveland, GA 30528, (706) 865-3101.
